Casper village is not a bad place to rent from,I felt like I was treated very fairly until I moved out because unlike what they think,I spent hours cleaning the place before I moved out that Sunday,I had to be in Gillette,Wyo. Monday morning to start training for my new job which I would be there for six weeks so I was not able to do a move out walk through and they took advantage of that and come up with all kinds of reasons not to return my deposit in-full or partial they kept it all,and what made matters worse, is that there is no way of contacting or even knowing the owners or owner of the property because do to a loophole in property registration the true owners or owner can be listed under LLC. So before moving in there make sure you know who the true owners or owner is names and addresses but most importantly, make sure you do a walk through with staff before turning in your keys because if not they will screw you around everytime. I was told that they have a office kitty and that all said monies go into that,and thats probably part of the reason they take these boat trips out on the water and buy lunch at arbys and other places every day. Be careful because they love running this scam because it benefits them personally.
