Honestly, this place is the worst. I had actual fire hazards in my apartment. It was 85 degrees in the apartment, no lower than 75. The dishwasher was broken... along with the sink... toilet... lights, and shower. Nothing got fixed in my 9 months of living there! If I died in that apartment I bet they still wouldn't care. Also I had a big problem with the management. When I first moved in my door was wide open and the key wasn't provided. I had to stay up late that day to get my key from the landlord. Sometimes they were rude, but mostly they just ignored every thing I said, every call, I swear. They only call you when they want your money. After I had moved and notified management about the move, they had the audacity to call me and say I still owed $1,000 for the next month's rent! I'm not even living there anymore. Casper Village is ridiculous! Anyway, I hope this helps. The management is terrible and so is the condition of living. It is not safe!!!!

From the time that I moved in, the management staff have been top notch and easy to work with. Maintenance has been quick to address all issues in a timely maner when able to. Pet owner responsibility still needs improvement though.
