If I could give negative stars I would. I have lived here for a year and it's been nothing but issues. The laundry rooms are constantly filthy, the machines have mold growing. They try to claim they have been cleaned but they haven't changed since I moved in. They are super expensive. Your clothes don't even smell clean after washing them. I have had continuous issues with bugs, if you use the stove you better have every window open and fan going because the apartment will fill up with smoke. No matter what you cook. The vents in the bathrooms don't work so if you shower with the door closed good luck getting the steam out. I couldn't move in for the first month because no one could find a key for my apartment. The staff might as well be non exisistent minus Bob the matience guy. He's awesome. But the rest of the staff are rude, lazy, and could care less about the people living here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's a total pit. And don't bother trying to contact the regional office. They are worse than the office staff here. At least with the old manager she kind of cares she just couldn't get anything done, the new manager Kim is the most hateful human being I've ever encountered. She likes to spy and harass people and then when you go to the office she sits in the back and refuses to deal with people in person. She also decides who she calls back based on if she likes you or not. I am more than happy to be leaving this place. This was never a home. NEVER RENT AT CASPER VILLAGE!!! It will be the biggest mistake you ever made.
