Sophia Madrid, Property manager of Casper Village Apartments, was the most courteous and caring person I’ve ever met when looking at renting somewhere..or anywhere, she clearly has the people skills and mannerisms to draw people in..just phenomenal. I just want to start off by saying that this place and the employees there are by far the best that I have dealt with in my experience of renting. I have read most reviews and by the sounds of it, it seems like people post bad reviews when they donât get their way and the employees are just doing their job. Office staff and maintenance you guys are doing great. My family appreciates all of you. Keep up the good work.
