Scam artists!! They literally let anyone live there. I've witnessed drug use, drunks passed out in the parking lot, every other parking spot has a dead vehicle parked in it, and they don't reward you for completing a lease. I completed a 6 month lease (which was already raised more than a hundred dollars a month compared to a 12 month) and after I completed it, they raised it another $150. They manage to find ways to add on endless 'service fees' to your bill. Also, don't expect your security deposit back. I cleaned the entire place top to bottom and after 6 weeks with no updates I finally got ahold of them to see where my money was. They claimed they needed if for 'cleaning and housekeeping '....

The staff there was amazing. I highly recommend renting there. I went in to view an apartment and get some options for when I am ready to rent. They are very professional and know what they are doing.
